Use of Desk Kit is governed by Apple's Standard EULA, with the Desk Kit-specific notes below.

Desk Kit is developed and operated by me, Guang hui David La.
Desk Kit is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless a separate license is provided in App Store Connect, your use of Desk Kit is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
These notes are intended to provide Desk Kit-specific information and do not replace Apple's Standard EULA. Exact App Store availability and purchase options are shown by Apple at the time of purchase.
Desk Kit is free, and every feature is unlocked. It offers optional one-time tips ("Buy me a coffee", "Buy me a meal") to support development. These are consumable in-app purchases: they unlock no features and there is nothing to restore. There are no subscriptions, trials, or recurring charges.
Purchases and any refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple ID account.
Desk Kit is designed as a privacy-first, on-device app: your content stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, syncs only through your own private iCloud account. See the Privacy Policy for more information: https://davidla.ch/deskkit/privacy.html
You are responsible for the information you enter into Desk Kit, the decisions you make using that information, and your device, iCloud, export, backup, and security settings.
Desk Kit's features may change over time. Some features may require compatible Apple devices, supported operating systems, iCloud, or App Store availability.
Desk Kit may update these terms when needed. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
